"O360 will absolutely change your life. Your service in the Dominican Republic or Nicaragua will help you see the world in a completely different light. More than anything I have personally been impacted by the people of the Dominican. I feel as if they have helped me so much more than I have helped them. It is what keeps me coming back. I feel as if there is so much more that I can do. The love that the people give to you is unconditional, yet they don't even know you. Every experience is unique and beautiful. I truly do see the world differently and I thank O360 for opening my eyes to it. Experience it, live it, do it... you won't be disappointed. Release your hero within!!!"

When I return to Monte Cristi each year, I can really witness the growth that the kids have seen in their English skills and the positive impact that 360 is making on the community. I'm so fortunate to have volunteered with such a great organization!"
Noelle Barber, St. Francis University, 2012
"I would say that my time spent with Outreach 360 has truly been life-changing. When my husband and I first travelled with Outreach in 2011, my husband had never been on a mission trip abroad before and was very hesitant about the whole thing. After that first trip, we both felt a calling to return again and again. Choosing Outreach 360 is a wonderful choice because the organization is very well organized and structured. Working with Outreach provides a stress-free means to perform mission work abroad. Also, the organization makes your service work so much more productive because of all the behind-the-scenes planning that is done for you. I also think the accommodations and food are wonderful!"

Take that leap of faith- this is your life, right now. Make this choice and live your life to the fullest in helping others do the same!"
Hillarie Brace, St. Francis University, 2012

The connections I was able to make with the people of the DR and with those also working with Outreach 360 have been life changing. The experience of serving others in the DR was worth all of the financial sacrifices one has to make, and that "roughing it" is not bad at all and completely worth it for what you gain from the experience."

You learn so much about yourself, and it just makes you realize that the point of receiving an education or obtaining a degree in college is ultimately to serve others."
Gina Maggio, St. Francis University, 2012

"The entire trip was amazing! I think my highlight would be seeing the kids faces and hearing them chant Americano when we entered the school. The experience was life changing. The children form a bond with you in such a short time and the bond is so strong. The experience will open your eyes to the way others live an hopefully positively impact your life as it did mine."
Katherine Sceia, Wilkes University, 2012
"The opportunity to work with the children at the school and provide them with a chance to learn the English language was truly an amazing experience. Walking into the classrooms and seeing what the children have to work with on a day to day basis opened my eyes to life in a third world country. I can honestly say that my life has been significantly impacted by this experience and I plan to return to work with O360 in the future."
William Eggleston, Wilkes University, 2012
"Seeing the faces of the children when we walked into the school was the highlight of my experience. Most of them were so eager to learn. Another highlight of my experience was walking to the school and seeing the environment in which the children came from. That put in perspective for me how much they have to gain from learning English. I also saw a new culture and how other people besides Americans live."
Linzey Astleford, Wilkes University, 2012
"The whole experience was wonderful. Seeing the kids and getting to know them was probably the best experience because they really wanted to learn and their motivation made the whole trip worthwhile. I wish I could have stayed longer. The cultural day was also a highlight since the beach was amazing and the market was a good experience to see in order to understand the culture better."
Stephanie Horger, Wilkes University, 2012
"The highlights of my experience with Outreach360 was just being immersed in the Dominican culture and having the opportunity to connect and teach the children at the school I volunteered at. I loved the aspect of, in a way, being disconnected from the rest of the world (i.e., family and friends back home) and just living in the moment and giving back to the children."
Justine Pevec, Wilkes University, 2012

"My highlights were being involved with the kids and getting to go to the park at night and play with them if we wanted. Also I thought the market in Dajabon was very interesting and a great learning experience about the culture. I liked how we got to learn about the culture and history of the country but we also had free time and we could walk to the beach during free time and siesta. The food was delicious and overall I had an amazing time."
Ashley Ream, Wilkes University, 2012

Leilei Liu, Agnes Irwin School, 2012
"Going to Dajabon was definitely the most striking part of the trip for me. It hit me pretty hard, and really made me see just how very different my life is from many of the people in the Dominican Republic and Haiti (as well as all over the world). I loved, however, that the trip was about being part of community - not just going to teach but also to take part in their culture and community life. Sitting in the park at night was often my favorite part of the day because I just got to meet people, make friends, and come alongside people as brothers and sisters, not as a volunteer. I also loved learning about the history of the Dominican Republic and Monte Cristi - it was very moving to me to understand the past behind the country that I fell in love with and to be able to see where some very brave people grew up and lived their lives. Overall, it was a beautiful beautiful experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat."
Sarah McIlvried, Capital University, 2012
"It is an amazing eye opening experience. You will enjoy every minute of your time there knowing you are helping in the development of a child regardless of what age they happen to be."
Emily Velazquez, Capital University, 2012
"I learned more things, felt more things, and thought more things during my week with Outreach 360 than I ever dreamed I would in my lifetime. This trip was the whole package: I learned about culture, history, the land, and the water. I taught at the English Institute and met kids who I will stay in my heart forever. I laughed more than I have in a long time, but I also cried harder than I have in a long time. I found heartbreak, poverty, love, joy, and hope in Monte Cristi. The best part was that, by putting on my Outreach 360 shirt, I became a respected member of the Monte Cristi community. Not many experiences can offer that."
Sarah Bogen, Capital University, 2012
"Go for it! It is an amazing experience!"
Erik Morris, Capital University, 2012
"Do it. Outreach360 is an incredibly unique program in that it's focus is not to be the hero, it's focus is to help others realize their inner hero. Rather than having the mindset that they are there to help the people in their communities, they are just there to walk with the people as they figure things out together. Outreach360 has become a part of the communities in which it is a part."
Carolyn May, Capital University, 2012
"This is a great opportunity for you to grow and learn about life in a developing country while providing service to others."

Bailey Battin, Pepperdine University, 2012
"My highlights of the trip was definitely getting to hang out and teach the kids. they are absolutely beautiful and inspire me so much. Also it was nice to get to know the Dominican people that live in Monte Cristi the community is filled with so much hope. Also it was really nice going to the beach. I would say go for it, even if you are volunteering for just a week. It will definitely be a week you will never forget!"
Miyelle Aiken, Pepperdine University, 2012
"I loved getting to know the culture of DR. I had many other friends who went on similar service trips but did not invest in the surrounding community or country like I felt I did with Outreach 360. I think the culture day and nightly activities helped me be a better teacher in the Neighborhood Center since I better understood the kids and their background."
Natalie Lewis, Pepperdine University, 2012

As long as you live in the moment and follow Outreach 360's suggestions, you will be transported mentally into an experience where serving others truly becomes about everyone else and not about you. There is so much service to be done. But remember, ""Serve, Don't help."" Just go."
Adrian Aurrecoechea, Pepperdine University, 2012
"I would definitely recommend it! I learned so much about poverty and Dominican culture, my Spanish improved, and I grew closer to God, even as I created friendships with my team and the kids. Teaching was difficult but incredibly rewarding. Even though I worked hard, I left feeling completely refreshed and at peace."
Kathryn King, Pepperdine University, 2012

Ashley Jellicoe, Brock University, 2012
"Outreach 360 is a very well developed charity which I highly recommend. They have very strong, but realistic goals that they are working towards little by little. This is an experience comparable to no other, and everyone is welcome, you do not need a teaching degree to participate. It was an unforgettable experience for me and I am sure it would be the same for you."
Chanice Horuc-lake, Brock University, 2012
"The highlights of my experience were being able to get a feel for a new culture and working with children whose first language was not English. It was really interesting walking around and interacting with the children and seeing how they saw things differently than me. As well, it was always so amazing when teaching a child and they would look up at you, and tell you they understood what you were teaching them."
Shelby Sanda, Brock University, 2012
"It is an experience you will only understand once you go through it, and believe me, it is worth going through."
Miso Gostmir, Brock University, 2012

Diane Fotopoulos, Brock University, 2012
"Just go for it! A well rounded experience of service and gaining teaching skills, cultural experiences and site-seeing, and relationship building with locals and other volunteers. This is a great way to actually make a difference in one week, to teach a man to fish, and to have doors opened for your own future (longer term opportunities) if you enjoy it as much as I think you will!"
Sandy Howe, Brock University, 2012
"I would recommend the trip to anyone, especially if they are looking for something very organized and structured. I loved the trip, it was an amazing experience and I am already planning my next trip back!!"

"Do it!! I couldn't even describe my experience! Caila, Joleah and Nadya were so inspiring for all of us and anyone who is around them understands how meaningful and fantastic their intentions are, so they make us want to join in and come back to give to this beautiful community."
Amelie Chayer, Concordia University, 2012
"There truly are no words to adequately describe my experience with Outreach360. I could sit here and write countless stories about the time I spent with the kids at Salomon Jorge, about their contagious laughter and genuine smiles, but none of that would do it justice. There are so many highlights of my experience, but suffice it to say that no amount of words could ever depict the emotions I felt throughout the week. I would encourage anyone and everyone to become involved with Outreach360. I have volunteered twice with this organization in Monte Cristi, and both of my experiences were without a doubt the most powerful, beautiful, emotional, impactful, and fulfilling experiences of my life. I believe so strongly in the organization's vision, and I have seen it work. I will always be a part of the Outreach360 family, and I already can not wait to volunteer with them again in the community that has my heart."
Amanda Crevier, Concordia University, 2012
"This is one of the best experiences in life that you can ever have and you will learn so much. The community is warm and welcoming and you will have no regrets."

"It was such an amazing experience! Outreach is doing great work and it feels great to be a part of it! The people are friendly, both the locals and Outreach360 team, and the accommodations are great and you will never want to leave!"
Kirsten Packwood, Concordia University, 2012
"I was a staff leader of a university group. I felt my job was very easy, as everything was so well organized and the O360 staff was so supportive. Being part of the Monte Cristi community (as much as you can as outsider when you are there for one week!) was a powerful and humbling experience. Understanding the philosophy of O360 and seeing tin action was also wonderful, knowing the goal is to work ourselves out of a job and empower the local people. Another highlight was the cultural day (Dajabon) and all the information we received about culture, customs, history. As a leader, I also found the guidelines very helpful. Meeting with other team leaders was also a great way to connect and share. It was an amazing experience, both as a leader and as an individual. I really respect the organization and their engagement with the local community. Volunteering with O360 is a powerful and safe way to experience a different way of life and to challenge our values and assumptions. It is a great opportunity to broaden our horizons and think beyond ourselves."
Elisabeth Hummel, Concordia University, 2012
"Life changing experience simply because the mentality, the lifestyle, the value of life is completely different from North America. I personally loved it and would most definitely go back God willing in his time."

"The short version: Go. You will be glad you did. The longer version: It is an amazing experience that will expand your perspective...even if you have done service work before. I suspect most come back home having received far more than anything that was given. It is a personally satisfying experience and an excellent reminder of what life is really about."
Elizabeth Sokol, Humber College, 2012
"Opportunity of a lifetime and I would do it again in a second."
Amber O'Connor, Humber College, 2012

Brianna Punch, Humber College, 2012
"I have told people that my experience with Outreach360 has been LIFE CHANGING. I tell them the things they see, hear, witness and take part in are moments that are unforgettable. The interaction with the children, other volunteers and locals is something that brings a whole new level of deep emotion that they will want to experience. I tell them my hopes and plan from this point is to return to the Dominican and become a leader with Outreach360. I was so inspired by Terrell and Brian that it has encouraged me to strive for my dreams."
Candice Reggi, Humber College, 2012
"Go for it. It will be a life changing experience."
Erika van der Grinten, Humber College, 2012
"I loved being around the kids. Especially in the school. Their enthusiasm to learn was so amazing to witness. It is a trip that I recommend everybody experience. It is life changing."
Aimee Pudifin, Humber College, 2012
"It is a life changing experience that has made me a different person today. It is full of joy and excitement, but also eye-opening and challenging experiences. It is hard to see certain conditions people live in, but it allows you to have a wider and more open perspective to conditions around the world. We come from a developed and privileged country. This experience will stay with me forever, the relationships I have built with the community there and my team I traveled with will be forever."
Lyssa Keil, Humber College, 2012
"Outreach360 is a great organization to be a part of. When I first decided to become part of their group, I had no idea what I was getting into. After this amazing experience, it is something I will never forget. We served the children and taught them new things while at the same time learning something new ourselves. It changed me as a person. If someone asked me whether I will go on this trip again, the answer would be a resounding Yes!"
Alvin Benedict Ambrocio, Humber College, 2012
"Drop everything and go!! It's a life-changing experience"
Wendy Koll, 2012
"I went to Nicaragua hoping to make a difference and to teach the children, and learned so much about myself. I am the one that gained in the end. Nothing could have prepared me for such an amazing experience!! Working at Outreach was one of the best experiences of my life, one that I will hold in my heart forever."
Mary Jo Howard, 2012
"I would strongly encourage it for any age person. I would tell them to really take the time to read the 10 philosophies and as much of the literature as possible. I would encourage them to send the fund raiser letter early. Go into it without a preplanned hope or agenda."
Hannah Hartl, 2012
"Hard work, intense experience, but one not to be missed and transformational."
Janet Brown, 2012
"Definitely take the opportunity to do so because working with Outreach 360 was one of the best decisions of my life!!!"

"Even if you are just thinking you might like to go on a service trip one day, sign up for Outreach360. The experience you will have is unparalleled and the memories you make will definitely last a lifetime. My Outreach360 trip was one of the best trips of my lifetime and I hope I can make it back in the future."
Ryan Walsh, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"The staff and leaders were amazing and made us feel completely at ease. They were also very patient with us and allowed us to settle into the new environment at our own pace. They answered all our questions and ensured that we had a very positive experience. The community and students were also fantastic in how welcoming and warm they were. If you want an unparalleled experience with the perfect balance of work and play, I would enthusiastically recommend joining Outreach360. Not only will you be working for an extremely rewarding cause, you will also feel so welcomed by the community and the Outreach360 leaders and staff."
Sahanah Ganesh, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"I would recommend O360 without hesitation!"

" I had the time of my life and would encourage others to do the same. I can't wait to work with outreach 360 again and explore other opportunities like it."
Adrienne Siberry, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"This is so far above any other type of spring break trip that you have to do it. The look on the children's faces is worth more than sitting at a resort for a week, and you will never be the same again."
Mark Hewitt, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"Some of the highlights were the children that we got to work with and connect with, the on site Outreach staff who were welcoming and friendly and really made our stay much more enjoyable, and the people who travelled with me who were all very optimistic and enthusiastic about the trip. I also loved the fact that we got to do a culture day in addition to the teaching at the school."
Julia Smith, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"The highlights of my experience is seeing how enthusiastic the kids are to learn English. They really embrace our presence at the school and the neighbourhood center. It is so heartwarming to see the potential some of the kids have and with this education, they can change their lives and hopefully change the life for Nicaraguans. My most memorable highlight was when I was teaching in the Grade one class at Jose Delores and a girl gave myself and my whole teaching team stickers. The children in Nicaragua value stickers and everyone wants to have one. By simply giving us a sticker, it shows that she really appreciated the work we were doing and deserved a sticker for our work. By the second day, the children in the school were giving us hugs and were playing with us at recess. I would tell them that this is an eye opening experience. It is an experience that can not be described unless you experience it your self. If this is out of your comfort zone, do not let that hold you back from going on this trip. This trip will really put your life into perspective yet see how similar we are. It takes you back to a place were there is limited technology and everyone finds ways to have fun. This trip will show you the true meaning of community."
Helen Suen, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"Do it."
Agnes Kwan, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"The home was very well kept; always clean. The food was always delicious. We sustained a power outage for 2.5 days and the staff made things easy for us during that time - provided candles, extra flashlights etc."
Ed Cook, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"100% do it! It is an absolutely incredible experience, not just for you but for the kids and community you work with. Being able to see progress right before your eyes is a life-changing opportunity."
Caroline Blake, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"Jump right in and take the opportunity. It changed me in a way that I did not think would be possible in such a little period of time."
Pierre-Philippe Turnbull, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"It was an awesome experience, so worthwhile. The kids were amazing."
Charlotte Rollans, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"DON'T HESITATE, JOIN NOW!!!!! It will be THE best experience you'll ever have!"
Felicia Zhang, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"This has been such a life-changing experience. I really appreciated how Outreach360 goes above and beyond to help the volunteers truly experience and understand the culture. It was amazing to actually see the progress in the schools as I was contributing to a bigger picture. I now know what it means to communicate love, poco a poco."
Chantelle Lassaline, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"If you have ever wanted to make a difference, this is your chance. If you have ever wanted to be reminded of how lucky you are, this is your chance. If you have ever wanted to empower a child to have a life of choice, this is your chance. With this program you will make a difference in the lives of children, but those same children will make an even larger difference in your own life."
Sean Gareau, University of Western Ontario, 2012
"I loved all the cultural experiences and learned a lot. Working at the school was amazing. The beach and the mountain were stand-outs as well as the market in terms of outings, and I appreciated the history, political, and cultural background info. Outreach360 provided an amazing experience. I learned so much about the Dominican Republic and myself while contributing to an amazing community. I would recommend Outreach360 to anyone of any age who is willing to step outside of their comfort zone, gain a global perspective, and contribute to sustainable change."
Hannah Schultz-Durkacz, University of Western Ontario, 2012
